In order to get a suite or a party room, we ask that you follow these instructions:

1. If you are considering hosting a party at Arisia (thank you!) please review the Party Host Rules and decide if you are having an open or closed party. If you are requesting a suite for a family or group without hosting any parties or gatherings, you may skip this step.
2. Get an Arisia membership.
3. You must have a Westin reservation; at this time the hotel is full and there is no wait list.
4. Fill out the Party Host and Suite Request Form.
   1. Suites were allocated in October, so at this point we are allocating single and connecting rooms in the party block until Dec 22nd.
   2. If you would like to move your already-reserved room to the Open Party Block, please fill out the Party Host and Suite Request form by Dec 22.
   3. If you were waitlisted for a room at The Westin we are sorry but cannot give rooms to anyone still on the list at this time.
