All of Arisia's functions and parties will be at the Westin Boston Waterfront (425 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210)
We have an Active block — noisier, near parties, a Quiet block — rooms further away from parties, and a Staff block, all of which include both King and Double rooms. While we will have some floors that are all specifically active rooms, every hotel floor, including those that are mostly quiet or mostly staff, has suites that might contain parties.
Shuttle Service (Arisia 2018)
For this year, Arisia and The Westin have arranged a shuttle between the Aloft and the D Street entrance of the Westin, at the bottom of the escalators to the concourse and Coat Check. The shuttle operating hours will be:

Coat Check
Arisia has two free, volunteer-run Coat Check locations this year. The main coat check is located on the Concourse level (1W) in the Elm room by the Commonwealth ballroom by the D Street entrances. Additionally, Arisia will be running a Saturday- and Sunday-only Coat Check in the Marina (2W) area. This location will not be able to accept any bags larger than a standard backpack.
Coat Check will not be able to take oversized bags (luggage) this year at any location due to space constraints. If you need to check large bags, ask The Westin staff about using their bag check service, and please remember to tip staff who assist you.
